DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle, onboarding program, offboarding cycle, employee issue, employee engagement, probation, and employee KPI assessment.
2. Work closely with users to ensure job requirements & expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
3. Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and need and coordinating sourcing activities
4. Coordination for onboarding process for new hire
5. Make a weekly & monthly recruitment progress report
6. Build and create reports and present to our business unit managers
7. Manage General Affairs (office assets, OB, security, driver), general purchase & vendors
8. Managing day-to-day office operations
9. Benefit management
10. Helping with events when needed

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. High adaptability & Multitasking
3. Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver
4. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
5. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of people
6. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat - Workplace PT Maxx Digital Indonesia
7. Can join as soon as possible
