Human Resources Manager Jobs

Human Resources Manager will report to Group Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Key Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Prigen, East Java Area.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to travel to all Business Unit.
• Proven track record in manage end to end HR business process.
• Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization).
• Proven working experience as HR Manager for more than 3 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to positive influence with people at all levels.
• Sound understanding of the principles underpinning great employee experiences and Indonesia labour laws.
