Head Of Human Resources Operations

:

• Handle people development & recruitment
• Digitizing and coming up with ideas to improve the HR System
• Organize and participate in client acquisition
• Able to handle employee remuneration planning
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system, frequent appraisal evaluations and a performance based KPI structure, that drives high performance
• Handle end to end HR related matters, especially within the operational scope

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree

2. Commercial attitude and client oriented

3. Pro-active and capacity for organizing the work

4. HR working experience at the managerial level is a plus

5. Willing to mobile

6. Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill

7. Proficient in English, ability to conduct communication in Mandarin will be a plus

8. Track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and processes along with some HR Service Skills such as talent hunter and manpower supply is a plus

9. Ability to think creatively, develop innovative recruitment strategies and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
