Plan And Carry Out Organizational Strategies, Company Costs And Budget, And Key HR Measurement Strategy

Preferably coming from a Multinational Manufacturing or FMCG background

Manage and provide updated information as required, references, process payment in terms of BPJS and insurance

4. HR working experience at the managerial level is a plus

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system, frequent appraisal evaluations and a performance based KPI structure, that drives high performance
