Superintendent Pit Project Development

Requirements

• Excellent in team work and communication (verbal-written in Bahasa & English) to be able to deliver, monitor, and evaluate the activity.
• High motivation, innovative, and initiative in all aspects of the profession
• Good knowledge civil, drainage, & water management design, cost estimate, supervise, control, and coordination for construction project
• Tertiary education (S1) in Civil or Mining (experience in mine civil project area minimum 9 years)
• Extensive experience and proven skills in Mine Civil Engineering, Hydrology & Drainage System, Pit Dewatering, and/or Pit Mining Service & Project Development.
• Minimum 2 years as same position/superintendent or 5 years as senior engineer
• Working knowledge with mining, civil & hydrology software e.g.: Minex, Autocad 2D/3D, Hec-Ras, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Make work method, sequence, and time frame or scheduling regarding pit project development
• Document all plan, correspondences, reports, etc to be accessible to peers and subordinates.
• Monitors ongoing pit project development to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stays on schedule
• Inspection, supervising, and advising on mine civil and pit project development issues
• Ensure that all pit project development requirements are taken care of, at the same time ensures that the three constraints (quality, cost, and schedule) that face every project are properly managed
• Ensuring that a pit project development runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget
• Make the mine civil, water management, and pit project development work design and planning using computer-aided design
• Ensure the pit project development section delivers an effective service to its customers, in particular Operation and Planning
