Good knowledge civil, drainage, & water management design, cost estimate, supervise, control, and coordination for construction project

Tertiary education (S1) in Civil or Mining (experience in mine civil project area minimum 9 years)

Make the mine civil, water management, and pit project development work design and planning using computer-aided design

Working knowledge with mining, civil & hydrology software e.g.: Minex, Autocad 2D/3D, Hec-Ras, etc.

Minimum 2 years as same position/superintendent or 5 years as senior engineer

Excellent in team work and communication (verbal-written in Bahasa & English) to be able to deliver, monitor, and evaluate the activity.

At least have 15 years working experience on drilling mining services company

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Geology Engineering.

Excellent working speed, well organized & detail oriented

Placement at East Kutai, East Kalimantan with roster schedule

Design, implement and improve measures to limit risks in the workplace as per the SMS and Workshop Safety Management System.

Plans and monitors compliance with the safety management system in the field.

Ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of essential requirements critical risks control procedures.

Manages, organizes and mobilizes teams in the deployment of safety objectives.

Demonstrated safety experience working in Mobile equipment or Mechanical Maintenance facilities (workshops).

Mechanical technical/ engineering qualification advantageous (but not mandatory)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Check project planning and implementation according to regulation

Supervising, controlling and monitoring mine project activities carried out by partners

Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineer, Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer

Familiarity with Ms Excel, Ms Project, AutoCAD and project control tools

Good report writing, data management and analytical skills.

Design, implement and improve measures to limit risks in the workplace as per the SMS and Workshop Safety Management System.

Plans and monitors compliance with the safety management system in the field.

Ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of essential requirements critical risks control procedures.

Plans,arranges and participates in group compliance audits (such as Essential Requirements).

Manages, organizes and mobilizes teams in the deployment of safety objectives.

Ensure all of QC Report and documentation for project requirements preparation.

Develops both an understanding and working knowledge of every contract aspects.

Minimum 5 - 10 years experiences in project engineering preferable in coal mining company.

Have work experience in project engineering.

Supervise all engineering design and improvement activities.

Supervise project team to execute assigned project within deadlines.

Manage and supervise the engineering team involved in the construction and installation of wind power projects.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, and procurement teams, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

Procure and manage the equipment and materials required for the wind power project, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Conduct quality inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet engineering standards and project requirements.

Manage and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase of wind power projects.

• Maintain laboratory quality system so that it still meets SNI and or ACI requirements.

• Manage environmental, quality, K3 ( K4LM ) aspects in their work environment.

• Making monthly reports relating to the quality aspects of the PBI plant to the QC Manager.
