Operation Blc (Barge Loading Conveyor) Superintendent

Requirements:

• Mastering about processing coal handling - coal mining.
• Deeply understanding about coal handling (Ex : Hopper - Conveyor).
• Willing to placed at Kaliorang, East Kutai, East Kalimantan with roster work-schedule.
• Minimum Diploma Degree from any discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in the coal mining industry including 5 years of experience in manufacture operational management and 3 years experience of experience in operation process.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with quality control unit to ensure that quality of coal is in accordance with standard.
• Ensure your team understands the work plan and priorities, and that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the required level of planning for the operation.
• Supervise a target compliance of port operation and coal shipments, both quality and quantity.
• Direct and ensure quality of coal ready to be shipped, and accordance with purchase order.
• Create a report that related with monitoring of implementation and compliance to achieve targets and quality.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.
• Providing guidance to the team when managing various technical aspects across the operation
• Coordinate with Transshipment unit for barge process.
• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget of operation unit.
• Monitor haulage in mines until barge in order to achieve targets of quality, quantity and delivery time that is in accordance with work instruction.
