Job Description
The purpose of this position:


Lead, coordinate, evaluate and recommend all activities related to Sales Administration & Operation in PTS, MSP & MMR.


The key duties and responsibilities of this position:


  • Maintain an accurate record of all products sales, customer complaints, and corrective actions
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and manage customer data in commercial system to properly sales terms reflective of order to cash contractual obligations
  • Transact customers orders in accordance with contract terms and ensure orders are properly scheduled for delivery in SAP
  • Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Data entry into SAP for Sales & Marketing Department
  • Provide feedback from customers regarding product quality and potential improvements to technical team and production team.
  • Communicate with customers to determine and address their needs, and providing them with positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to expand products brand presence, develop campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of products among potential clients
  • Work with Marketing team to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases
  • Develop reasonable sales goals and metrics


The key challenges in this position:


  • Making sure that all the required documentation is ready for all products shipment.
  • Ensure that all sales operations are successful.


The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:


Minimum Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in marketing / business / industrial engineering / or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Manager / Sales Operation Manager role


Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)


  • Wide sales coverage optimization (creation of analytics models)
  • Familiar with SAP System
  • Ability to budget and forecast sales plans
  • Mining sales experience is an advantage
