Responsibilities:

• Collateral Management for Sales Team
• Daily Reporting
• Personal Data Collection from Prospective Tenants
• New Building Preparation for Sales Database (Rukita & RuPartner)
• Rent Payment Reminders

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team and with tenants.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Information Systems, preferably with completion of at least 7-8 semesters.
• Application Process:
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
