Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Engineering or related roles preferably in Smelter or Mineral Mining Projects

Project Planning and Coordination, collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Experienced in managerial level in safety (HSE) minimum 4 years, Preferable from manufacture industry

Familiar with waste management and waste hazardous.

Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skill and leadership skill as well as communication skill

This position equal with Managerial level

Understand the implementation / requirement of SMK3 and ISO 14000

Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

Good knowledge in Incident investigation procedure, safety management in manufacturing industry, chemical hazards and safety

Expert in risk assessment tools, methodology, and HSE Management Systems

Manage HSE officers and other HSE staffs

Ensure HSE compliance with corporate regulation and CSR/RBA requirements

Good supervisory skills and well-versed with industrial standard, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player and able to work independently

Good communication and presentation skills in English
