Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE compliance throughout the company using applicable standards.
• Act as wakil KTT when KTT is out of site
• Manage HSE department inclusive of Occupational Health, Safety, Medical, Environment and Emergency Services.
• Develop and implement risk-based assessment and risk monitoring throughout the company activities
• Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities
• Develop and manage major hazard list and standards throughout the company
• Coordinate with all related parties for emergency case and forest burning
• Establish strong safety culture within the company with the direction and consultation from KTT.
• Manage implementation of Safety and Environment management system and establish effective monitoring program.
• Develop PTK HSE Policy and Guidelines to overcome and mitigate risks from the major hazards.
• Develop accident / incident management system

Qualifications

• Safety Auditor Certified
• Have knowledge, skills and experience in Safety, Health, and Environment - Familiar with SMKP Safety Management Systems or equivalent
• Working Experience : At least 15 years experience in related field Skills
• Willing to be located at site and remote location and working roster 6:2
• Have knowledge on government regulation related on safety
• Certified in HSE: K3/ AK3U/ AK3L/ Train of The Trainer (TOT)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45000
• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering or Safety Discipline
• Advance leadership and interpersonal skills; good in negotiation; sound decision making skills;
