Assistant Trainer (Hse Logistic)

Jobdesc:

• Assist training to Participant Class
• Conduct class training preparations
• Assist in the discussion process
• Webinar Hosting: Opening and Closing webinars, Ice breaking or other activities that boost the mood of participants, Introducing the rainers, managing & organizing class, and being able to give class information.
• Adjusting the training schedule with the Trainer
• Conduct monitoring of the implementation of Participant Class
• Assist trainer with question and answer sessions

Requirement:

• Responsible for the work or task given
• Has a Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, HSE, Public Health or other related field
• Active speaker and microphone - built-in, USB plug-in, or Bluetooth wireless
• Have Stable internet connection (4G/LTE)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and use Google Workspace
• Able to learn quickly and adapt easily
• Have a laptop with a single-core 1GHz processor or higher, dual-core 2GHz or higher (Intel Core i3/i5/i7/ Ryzen 3/5/7 or AMD equivalent), and RAM: 4 Gb.
• Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Have min. General K3 Expert certification (Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum) will be preferred
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Have a goodattitude, confident, and happy to support people's growth and development
• Having a good teaching methods and tools
• Has min. 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Active webcam or built-in HD webcam with USB plug-in
