We believe that there is huge potential for the development of SMEs, but lack of access and resources to gain understanding of financial knowledge contribute to poor performance and their high failure rate.

SINERGISME is on a mission to empower SMEs in Indonesia to achieve sustainable growth by providing accessible financial tools and services.

Role

To support our growth in Indonesia, we are looking for trainers that able to conduct online class or training and have live interaction with the participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or tax, and will be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial participants.

• Answer questions from online class participants
• Assist in developing module based on area of expertise
• Provide recommendation for online class program development
• Provide teaching to online class participants

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Strong accounting, finance, or tax foundation and knowledge with minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
• Have a personal laptop with active webcam or built-in HD webcam with USB plug-in
• Comfortable to have live interaction using Zoom platform
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and use Google Workspace
• Have stable internet connection (4G/LTE)
• Experience in teaching or mentoring would be a plus
• Have a good attitude, confident, and happy to support SMEs in Indonesia
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax
