Product Manager (Logistic/Journal Accounting)

A rapidly expanding transport and ride hailing in Indonesia is seeking a talented Product Manager (Logistic/Journal Accounting). In this job, you will be responsible for all product-related functions.

About The Product Manager (Logistic/Journal Accounting) Role

Reporting to the Tribe Leader and Head of Product, you will working with cross-functional teams to set up a culture and framework for sound and disciplined financial reporting effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior Product Managers to help them achieve individual and team objectives
• Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as a milestone for transformation
• Create product vision for taxi operations and finance squad to transform current system to next generation system
• Develop journal posting monitoring report for each transaction SAP need to record with the data team
• Liaise with operations and accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system

To succeed in this Product Manager (Logistic/Journal Accounting) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• A strong background in fintech/payment gateway/accounting industry
• Experience in software development lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup
• An eye for detail and the ability to work on complex systems
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in English and Bahasa
• Bachelor's degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent with three or more years of experience in product management or consulting
