About the Role

The Product Manager role provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of building business software to solve Indonesian businesses' problems. It’s a blend of technical, creative, analytical, and leadership roles in driving successful products or features from conception to completion.

You will contribute to researching, defining, and driving the construction, as well as managing communication with engineering, marketing, finance, operations stakeholders, and external contacts to ensure smooth delivery of the project. This role is suitable for you who seek and enjoy working in a lean yet highly capable team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Able to independently do complex analysis, identify additional relevant data points and extract insight to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest trends.
• Translate product strategy into product plans, detailed requirements, and prototypes while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and UI/UX teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• End-to-end ownership of a product line, identify market requirements, and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
• Understand technical architecture to supportively collaborate with Engineering team and QA during sprinting, testing, and development
• Conduct product demos for our clients - Present and discuss technology solutions with both internal team and client stakeholders.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them.

Qualifications:

• Has a remarkable journey in a management consulting/audit firm with 2-5 years of experience handling Manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Dependable and a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items
• Get things done
• Passionate to learn core processes across different industries
• Interested in building a product that people want and will solve real business problems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or other related areas with minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00
