Product Manager - Bootcamp

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to work with our CEO to create our new online bootcamp initiative for our app.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage any necessary offline meetings or events at the end of the bootcamp to enhance networking and celebrate participants' achievements.
• Create a clear structure for the online bootcamp, including course modules, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor participants' progress, engagement, and performance within the online platform, and provide timely support and feedback.
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to continually improve the online learning experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the app's functionality aligns with the learning objectives and user experience requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt existing bootcamp content for an online format
• Develop engaging online learning materials, including video lectures, interactive assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and an evolving educational landscape.
• Experience in designing and delivering interactive and engaging online content.
• Proven experience in developing and managing successful online learning programs, preferably in a bootcamp or vocational training context.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
