Job Description
Responsibilities


s


  • Accountable for managing product NPI with prioritized features and corresponding justification through market and customer research, product positioning and messaging.
  • Accountable for communication and interacting with CAT for new and update products, develop special/focus program to boost sales.
  • Accountable for ensuring market analysis taken place to enable sound business and strategic decision (e.g., industry outlook, CAT product planning, customer insight, foreseeable changes in government regulations, competition analysis including the potential new entries, and internal capabilities assessment).
  • Accountable for defining right product or develop solution, services and bundles value proposition for customer.
  • Accountable for working with CAT to formulate and overseeing go to market strategy (Product / Solution, Market Share, Pricing/TCO Strategy, Promotional plan, Inventory plan, Sales channel, Account management, Business compliance).


Requirements


  • Have min. 5-8 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Service especially in mining and C&F industry
  • Have a strong background in heavy equipment business & mining application (for Manager Product - Mining)
  • S1 in Engineering/Marketing
  • Able to communicate actively with Caterpillar
  • Have a good analytical thinking, commercial & fact-based decision making
