Ecommerce Manager Jobs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for growing total e-Commerce Sell Out, Nets sales with leadership position #1 group.
• Drives the internal and external planning cycle to ensure we have a good demand projection for brands by platform.
• Responsible for operations efficiency CR, PV, PV/User, Time Spent, Bounce Rate, Store Performance.
• Builds a strong division e-channel differentiation and strategies.
• Delivers the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target.
• Responsible for delivering Budget (Net Sales & e-commerce Channel Contribution).
• Builds and owns the e-Commerce strategy.
• Drives the JBP process with enablers, key platforms, and e-retailer.
• Drives engagement and planning with internal brand team.
• Build a robust e-BA, social commerce strategy.
• Sets the annual Sales target by e-channel, by Brand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous working experience as eCommerce enterprises, ideally in the beauty industry (marketplace and/or brand eCommerce websites).
• Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field will be an advantage.
• Have strong business judgment and decision-making abilities have been shown; capacity to recognize, rank, and communicate the initiatives with the greatest potential for effect while working under pressure.
• Well developed cross-departmental working abilities and collaborative skills.
• Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working both individually and jointly with cross-functional teams.
