About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest ecommerce platform.

• Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; Understanding e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus;
• Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products
• Formulate seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market
• Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;
• Implement and manage important merchant strategies;
• Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans

The Successful Applicant

• Outstanding degree from a top university with proven track record. Studied or worked in a global culture environment before, willing to be based out of a Southeast Asian country for a period of time or travel within Southeast Asia on a regular basis
• Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus as the incumbent will be working closely with external stakeholders across Asia and Great China.
• Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skill both verbally and in written to articulate a business strategy and resource requirement, and strong listening skills
• Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
