The Successful Applicant

• Strong understanding of the country's political, economic, and social context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., development, international relations, public policy).
• Experience working as PR or Corporate Communication in Global company is a MUST.
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in the development sector.
