Qualifications:

• Proven results of increasing online sales;
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms especially Shopee and TikTok Shop and affiliate programs;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with website analytical tools;
• Ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically on Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field;

Job Desk:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer acquisition and retention;
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market;
• Monitor e-commerce platform performance and analyze data; Monitor market trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth;
• Collaborate and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and content marketing;
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility on Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms;
• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (esp. Shopee and TikTok shop);
• Optimize product listing, monitor competitive pricing, and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales on any platform.
