Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance
• Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations
• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
• Manage relationships with external third parties in the marketplace world
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategy

Requirements

• Have a good knowledge about e-commerce/marketplace systems
• Have the experience to handle the e-commerce/marketplace directly
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Graduates from reputable universities in related majors (Business, Management, etc)
• Ready to work in a fast-paced company
• Hustler, creative and bright person
• Must have experience in e-commerce management for at least 2 years
• Beauty enthusiast, with good communication skill
