Job Description

LOFE is a local brand that provides bath care such as natural soap, bubble baths, bath bombs, bath salt, and others. Through LOFE we provide skincare that is safe for all people, even for sensitive skin, affordable, and can be a solution for the skin problems of LOFE customers and prospective customers through product innovation and marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset;
  • Experience with website analytical tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • At least 1 year experience as an eCommerce manager or eCommerce marketing;
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven results of increasing online sales;
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms especially Shopee and TikTok Shop;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels;


Job Desk:

  • Monitor e-commerce platform performance and analyze data; Monitor market trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth;
  • Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (esp. Shopee and TikTok shop), ensuring that is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines;
  • Monitor and enhance website performance, navigation, and functionality to provide a seamless online shopping experience;
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer acquisition and retention;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market;
  • Implement and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention;
  • Optimize product listing, monitor competitive pricing, and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales on any platform.
  • Collaborate and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and content marketing;
  • Champion the importance of customer satisfaction, address customer inquiries and issues promptly, and continuously enhance the customer journey;
