• Able to work independently or in a team
• The ability to think strategically
• Working alongside engineering teams
• Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for their new product line. Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users;
• The ability to translate user needs become feature/product requirements
• Strategize development and communication of company's brand value to customers and partners.

The Successful Applicant

• Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
• Have financial accounting product background (POST, Reconciliation, etc)
• Confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
• A Bachelor's / Masters or degree
• Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
• Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
• Experience in internal system is preferable
