Assistant Accounting Manager Jobs

Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports using computer software such as Excel or Accounting System to analyze data or summarize results
• Providing administrative support to accounting staff members by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, handling paperwork, and other clerical tasks
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to ensure that accounting standards are followed
• Providing the financial report to the stakeholders
• Communicating with clients or other individuals involved in the client’s business, such as creditors or suppliers, to collect payments or resolve issues
• Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and making adjustments as needed
• Providing support to other accounting staff members by answering questions about accounting policies or procedures
• Utilizing specialized accounting software or other technology to record and track financial data, such as accounts receivable or inventory levels
• Preparing accounting records for the company by maintaining lists of customers and vendors and their contact information, as well as recording transactions such as purchases, sales, or payments
• Assisting with tax preparation for individuals or businesses, including researching tax laws and preparing tax returns

Qualifications

• Excited to work under high pressure environtment
• Good in General Accounting and Indonesia PSAK including IFRS17
• Good personality and can collaborate with team
• Min. 5 years experiences as leader in Finance and Accounting, including from Insurance Industry
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel
• Passionate in looking for the most efficient ways to accomplish the taskes while maintaining complience to the regulation
