Job Description

Job Title : Squad Lead Mobile App


Responsibilities

  • Perform work related to the Company's various mobile app applications and technologies.
  • Understand and convert requirements from Account Manager to technical specifications, manage relationship between Account Managers and Technical Team
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the project manager, software test engineers and software engineer to define day-to-day task
  • Communicate proactively with all involved parties in the project.
  • Coordinate with issue logs between Consultant team and Technical team.
  • Coordinate roll-out of mobile app releases
  • Develop and maintain mobile app development plans, outline project status tasks, milestones, completion estimates and resource allocation that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Ability to convert requirements into design and codes

Requirements

  • Good people skills, self-motivated, articulate and systematic.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent Knowledge in JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML5, CSS, mobile web optimization techniques, Application Design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have hands-on experience in Android App development. Experience with at least three of Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic, Flutter, Firebase, Angular.
  • At least 3-year working experience as Senior Mobile App Developer or 1-year as Squad/Team Lead role

Salary Offered : IDR 25.000.000 - IDR 30.000.000
