Bachelor's degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting

Understand Finance and Accounting concept and what impact it can offer to business growth

Liaison with Finance team Accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system

Create Product Vision for Finance Squad to transform current system to next generation system

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup is a big plus

Experience in working with FI module, SAP is preferred

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with major in Computer Science or related field.

Qualification in related business discipline is an advantage.

Have good knowledge of the project lifecycle;

Good communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Reasonable project implementation, documentation, governance skill.

Proven technical expertise in an IT development/deployment role;

Understand and convert requirements from Account Manager to technical specifications, manage relationship between Account Managers and Technical Team

Ability to convert requirements into design and codes

Work closely with the project manager, software test engineers and software engineer to define day-to-day task

Must have hands-on experience in Android App development. Experience with at least three of Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic, Flutter, Firebase, Angular.

Excellent Knowledge in JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML5, CSS, mobile web optimization techniques, Application Design.

Good people skills, self-motivated, articulate and systematic.
