Product Manager For Finance Squad

The ideal candidateis an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Especially work closely with Finance and Accounting team to keep our System of Record in good shape.

Responsibilities

• Create Product Vision for Finance Squad to transform current system to next generation system
• Liaison with Finance team Accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system
• Working with cross functional team to setup culture and framework for sound and disciplined financial reporting effort
• Develop journal posting monitoring report for each transaction in our ERP system
• Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as milestone to do transformation

Qualifications

• Understand Finance and Accounting concept and what impact it can offer to business growth
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup is a big plus
• Experience in working with FI module, SAP is preferred
• Having eye for detail and ability to work on complex system
