Product Owner Finance Jobs

Collaborate with management to define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with company-wide strategies and goals.

Collaborate with management to adapt new features in product implementation

Stay abreast of market trends and analyze competitors' offerings to identify areas for differentiation and innovation.

Minimum 5 years software engineering, software architect, or software development experience

Knowledge of product development and planning in the Financial Technology (Fintech) Industry.

Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.

At least 2 years of product management experience.

Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have an experience finance system (ERP) / system accounting

Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance

At least 1-3 years working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or large-scale enterprise system

Prefer experience at Insurance industry

Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information

Sudirman / Juanda, Jakarta (WFO)

Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance

We are assisting our client from Insurance company for Product Owner roles with requirements below:

Experienced in ERP and/or IFRS 17 / PSAK 74

Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information

Bachelor's degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting

Understand Finance and Accounting concept and what impact it can offer to business growth

Liaison with Finance team Accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system

Create Product Vision for Finance Squad to transform current system to next generation system

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup is a big plus

Experience in working with FI module, SAP is preferred

- Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance

- At least 3 years working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or

- Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills

- Effective communication skill with ability to influence

- Have to experience on project PSAK 74
