Term Administration: offer planning, scheduling, etc.

School Year Planning: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, etc.

Supervising teachers: calculating workload, checking hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration

Trial Classes: scheduling trials in collaboration with Sales Team, evaluating trials, collaborating with TT to raise trials quality, raising trial conversion

School Maintenance: supervising purchases, managing stock levels of supplies, placing orders

Coordinate between the Club and Management (Head Office)

Manage Instructor schedule and implementation of Yoga / Pilates Reformer Classes

Prepare tools or items for Class needs

Record instructor attendance every month

Ensuring the number of participant data in the system correctly

Fulfill the needs of HR "instructors" for each class at Club FTL GYM

Oversee HR functions such as compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.

Having a minimum of 3 years of HR work experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as HR practices in Jakarta.

Passion for the education industry and willingness to work in a challenging startup environment.

Establish and build the HR team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.

Advocate and facilitate knowledge building and management and communication

Strong knowledge of Results Based Management

Good knowledge of UN programme management systems

A project/programme management certification (such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MSP®) would be an added advantage.

Lead and coordinate the Governance and WPS-DRR-Humanitarian programme design, planning, implementation and management

Prepare and present work-plans, periodic narrative progress reports and expenditures status reports to Senior Management.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

Manage relationship with external stakeholders

5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the Home Appliances industry

Complete financial accounting and forecasting

Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Bachelor's degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting

Understand Finance and Accounting concept and what impact it can offer to business growth

Liaison with Finance team Accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system

Create Product Vision for Finance Squad to transform current system to next generation system

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup is a big plus

Experience in working with FI module, SAP is preferred

Full time availability for project management support duties is essential.

Conduction of training for the PR staff on Logistics/Inventory/Asset and Procurement Management;

Robust technical rigout in accounting standards and application of IFRS and IPSASs related to Logistics/Asset and/or Procurement Management;

Experience working on financial reporting and solid understanding on various donor’s reporting requirements is desirable.

Effective contribution to learning and knowledge sharing in gender analysis and gender mainstreaming.

Assisting IT Business Partner – Manager to assess the risks, costs, and potential benefits of alternative business process designs.

Assist IT BP Manager during post implementation review where benefits are being delivered and measured.

Together with IT Business Partner – Manager maintain communication with the business regarding business process improvement initiatives.

Working closely with Country Process Leads and Global IT in assessing business requirements.

Assist IT BP Manager to define and agree Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business

Assist IT BP Manager to ensure full compliance to IT Frameworks and information security standard for all projects being managed
