Your Tasks:

• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal control standards.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of expenses within the financial systems.
• Collaborating with department leaders to establish and monitor expense budgets aligned with overall company objectives.
• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal control standards, ensuring correct month and year end closing.
• Monitoring and analyzing variances between actual financial performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.
• Implementing initiatives to drive cost efficiencies and process enhancements for peak operational performance.
• Be responsible for MB tracking and planning across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia countries.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create annual operating budgets and financial forecasts for Hansaplast products.
• Overseeing the complete end-to-end Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the Hansaplast business unit.
• Managing the general expenses of Beiersdorf (HR costs, events, utilities, travel budgets, and etc).
• Regularly reviewing and analyzing expense trends, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Providing strategic insights to enhance profitability and optimize costs within the Healthcare business unit across these regions.

Your Profile:

• Prior experience in handling multiple regions is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP System.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to derive actionable financial insights.
• Results-driven with high attention to detail, agility, and resilience.
• Proven track record (7+ years) in financial management, including expertise in P&L management and expense control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is critical for this role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prior experience in Consumer Goods, retail, or related industries would be advantageous.
