Job Summary

Responsible for the company’s financial department, including bookkeeping, cash management, payroll, and tax, etc. The role will also include supervision of the finance department of an affiliated company in Indonesia

Building up the accounting system and processes from zero to one

Accounting and bookkeeping for the company, including cash management, revenue/receivables, expenses/payables, overheads, tax, etc.

Conduct accounting and accounting treatment of all transactions, collating the company's overall accounting

Responsible for auditing and accounting of financial vouchers, safekeeping all vouchers, accounting books, financial reports, and other relevant documents

Responsible for tax declaration and all annual auditing

Prepare the monthly reporting package for group reporting and other reporting documents

Experience in preparation of payroll computations and knowledge of Indonesian-required social contributions and benefits

Supervision of the finance department of an affiliated Joint Venture Company

Working closely with the project team heads and providing timely financial reports as well as financial analysis.

Ad hoc tasks as designated by the President Director or APAC CFO management team

Familiar with and have experience using SAP

Required Experience

Education : Minimal Bachelor degree or above in financing, accounting, banking, or another relevant major.

Language : English must Fluent

Experience : Minimal 10 years of working experience in financial management, experience in accounting or auditing firm preferred

Additional:

- Computer operation is necessary, familiar with all kinds of financial software applications.

- Must be able to work independently, having a strong sense of responsibility.

- Preference for candidates who have experience building and/or leading teams

- Business English is required for writing and reading emails.
