  • Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities
  • Monitoring accommodation and employee business trips
  • Monitoring building maintenance & housekeeping
  • General Affairs planning
  • Analyze office re-layout & building repair project (from determining the cost budget plan (RAG) and bill of quantity (B0Q))
