Analyze office re-layout & building repair project (from determining the cost budget plan (RAG) and bill of quantity (B0Q))

Monitoring building maintenance & housekeeping

Monitoring accommodation and employee business trips

Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities

Bachelor's degree in business or purchasing management, 3+ years' buying experience.

·Able to communicate effectively with staff, agents, building management and house owners

·Preferably has a background in logistical operations and knowledge of procurement and inventory

·Be experienced in sourcing and buying materials, goods and services for day-to-day operations.

·Possess analytical thinking and good negotiation skills

·Has good IT skills and is able to use IT comfortably

Maintain records and manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Submitting a Request for Payment (RFP) for the approved invoices to the finance department, in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Confirming that the invoices have been processed and paid promptly by the Finance team

Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a General Affairs, HR Administrator, or in a similar role

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Conduct periodic checks to ensure proper management of inventory and office facilities

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders

Compile an inventory list of items for the office and operational needs

Planning and managing petty cash reports, ensuring accurate documentation of expenditures for each department

Arrange and oversee routine maintenance and service tasks within the office

- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

5. Understanding building management or building facility

1. Hold at least a bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field

3. Communicative in English, both oral and written

4. Proactive and driven to learn a person

6. Willing to work in Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta or Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang

Minimal D3 dengan IPK : 2.75

Mempunyai kendaraan sendiri (roda dua)

Teliti, ulet, jujur, sistematis, tidak mudah bosan

Lancar mengoperasikan Windows dan MS Office

Memantau dan memastikan kondisi kebersihan dan kerapian kantor

Menyediakan kebutuhan operasional rutin kantor untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional kantor

Excellent multitasking and management skills

Assist with day to day facilities management

Manage general department functions & interact with all business associates in professional & courteous manner

Prepare and submit expense reports

Sort and prioritize daily mail

Check e-mails regularly and respond or forward information as needed in a timely manner.

Min. 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or General Affairs

Min. D3 or S1 from all majors

Good communication and adaptable person

Willing to WFO in Bogor
