• Compile an inventory list of items for the office and operational needs
• Arrange and oversee routine maintenance and service tasks within the office
• Take charge of monthly reports for the General Affairs department
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure proper management of inventory and office facilities
• Planning and managing petty cash reports, ensuring accurate documentation of expenditures for each department
• Collaborate with the Security and Cleaning Service to coordinate operational activities

Job Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
