Budgeting Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting templates to implement standardization and opportunities to simplify reporting and submission process
• Complete all group reporting requirements on a timely manner
• Support alignment process on system implementation and other new business process implementation
• Provide meaningful analytics on business performance on a monthly basis against budget or forecast
• Lead forecast and annual budgeting process
• Prepare monthly consolidation of different brands to be submitted to group

Qualifications

• Excellent in Excel skills
• Experience in management reporting, management presentation and budget exercise are a must
• Experience working in media as a career starter is added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting or equivalent
• Strong analytical thinker, detail-oriented and have track record to work with operation team or other department, outside of finance department
• Ability to work under pressure and quick in turnaround time
• Between 2 - 3 years' experience in Budgeting
