Experience of planning and organizing complex activities, and delivering to time, quality and resource requirements

Experience of supporting and influencing senior managers, and building successful relationships and networks at all levels

Create and maintain risk reports for monitoring purposes and to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk analytics, strategy development, or a related role in financial services.

Drive risk policies and strategies in a rapidly growing startup with strong shareholder support.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, finance, management consulting, business or strategy roles

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to multi-task, work in a fast-pace corporate environment, and passion to drive strategic projects

Responsible for tracking and monitoring of the organization’s performance progress, as well as ensuring timely reporting to senior management

Work closely with internal teams on digitalization and strategic initiatives including project management, implementation, operation and post-implementation project.

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT or related disciplines

Knowledge in IT Industry an added advantage

Experienced in finance and assisting audit process

Have knowledge about tax will be a plus

Record and control between cost and budget from each department

Inputting budget into system and follow up for superiors' approvals

Coordinate with distributors and superiors regarding program calculations

Check, calculate, and follow up program payments for dealers and distributors

Minimum 2 years of working experiences in project or product management, business intelligence (BI), management consulting, strategy, or CEO office.

Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management

Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of ShopeeFood initiatives.

Strategic analysis of ShopeeFood customer and stakeholders experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions.

Strong analytical skills, attention to details and enjoy working with numbers

Strong in tackling multiple tasks and able to manage projects end-to-end

4. Understanding of liability management of IT assets and products will be an asset (PLUS Point)

Experienced in companies engaged in the construction/manufacturing sector.
