Title: Strategy Planning and Budgeting Specialist

Direct Report: Manager Strategy and Planning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and own bi-annual budget process, including managing and recording actual expenses while maintaining growth targets.
2. Perform deep dive into the business and provide recommendations to improve key metrics of the company.
3. Organize analysis, prepare recommendations and present to the leadership team.
4. Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to set and implement strategy.
5. Test and validate solutions through proper experimentation process.

1. Strong numerical, financial and analytical skills based on a well-developed understanding of financial statements
2. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment with proven track record in a start-up environment
3. Excellent organizational, and problem-solving/decision-making skills.
4. Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
5. Solid spoken and written communication skills.
