Staff Planning & Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams on digitalization and strategic initiatives including project management, implementation, operation and post-implementation project.
• Support the development and update of strategic plans
• Support communication/engagement with stakeholders such as the Board of Directors and Internal stakeholders
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring of the organization’s performance progress, as well as ensuring timely reporting to senior management
• Proficient in generating comprehensive reports encompassing budgeting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and general business insights.
• Responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to support planning and decision-making

Requirements

• Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, finance, management consulting, business or strategy roles
• Possess analytical thinking skills and resourcefulness to develop insights, with excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate key messages
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to multi-task, work in a fast-pace corporate environment, and passion to drive strategic projects
• Knowledge in Legal an added advantage
• Knowledge in IT Industry an added advantage
• Proficient in English communication.
