We are looking for a one of a kind FP&A Specialist to join our fast-growing team.

Requirements:

• Familiar with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in fp&a or financial services sector
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Gsuites (Gsheets, Gdocs, and Gslides) is a plus
• Experience in fintech and startup will be a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must
• Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Have understanding in basic SQL will be a plus
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills; comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas
• Agile and easily adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly company P&L performance and track against budget
• Prepare rolling forecast of P&L performance on weekly basis based on latest actual data
• Prepare P&L, B/S and Cash projections in short term (6 months – 1 year) and long term (1-5 years)
• Support on finding insights on the drivers of variance the performance to the budget and propose recommendation to improve the performances
• Support on the budgeting process, assist stakeholders along the process and ensure the process within timeline
