Your Main Objective

We are looking for analytical Finance/Accounting Support to assist our operations department as you will be responsible for either processing airline ticket refunds, from requesting the refund to the airline in our GDS system, ensuring the amount is correctly processed, and processing the invoice back/paying out the refunded amount back to the store or reconciling the discrepancies store and head office sales/refunds/airline debit memos you will need to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. It would help if you were detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Fixing the sale/refund billing discrepancy and ensuring all invoiced are correct.
• Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
• Review refund requests daily by comparing the information needed and submitted by agents
• We are checking and processing refunds in our designated GDS.
• Need to make an in-depth analysis of every case
• Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard.
• Responding to our agent's queries related to their refund.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
• Preferably having fundamental experience in the travel industry
• Excellent attention to details
• Flexible working hours
• Excellent analytical & logical skills
• Availability to work over the weekend/public holiday
