About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Collection Strategy Analyst to join our team. The Collection Strategy Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the collection of BNPL & Cashloan. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Collection Strategy Business Analyst will work closely with other members of the credit risk team & operation team and will be responsible for analyzing data, developing and implementing strategies, and monitoring results.

What You Will Do

• Study business operations and the local market to make determinations about its ongoing competitive outlook
• Work closely with (1) local teams to consolidate CRM related system requirements and, (2) Product/Development teams to oversee implementation plans
• Monitor and manage call system and metrics, involving in setting KPI, report monitoring, parameter management, call strategy alignment and initiation and enhancement
• Conduct necessary data analysis and UAT plan, monitor key performance indicators, present findings and recommendation to senior management
• Regularly communicate with local collection teams to understand collection pain-point to further improve collection via system enhancement
• Design and drive implementation for consumer loan’s collection strategy regionally, including but not limited to workflow design, phone collection strategy, site collection strategy, legal procedure, outsourced management, etc

What You Will Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the loan collection, credit risk management or project management area.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives
• Proficiency in SQL, Python is a must, and Tableau is preferred
• Familiarity with any Call/Auto-Dialler system is a plus
• Working experience in Retail Banking, Consumer Finance, e-Commerce, Consulting, Credit Ratings Agency will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking and solid experience in data management

About the Team

The Regional Collection Strategy team currently consists of 1 TL and 1 DA. Our team is data-centric and oversees overall collection strategy from a data perspective. We collaborate with the credit risk and portfolio management team to align credit loss target while collaborating with the local collections operation team to accomplish this goal.
