Plant Controlling Department Head Jobs

Overseeing the complete end-to-end Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the Hansaplast business unit.

Proven track record (7+ years) in financial management, including expertise in P&L management and expense control.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation is a plus.

Prior experience in Consumer Goods, retail, or related industries would be advantageous.

Prior experience in handling multiple regions is preferred.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to derive actionable financial insights.

Proficient to handle big data and Microsoft excel skills

Financial accounting knowledge, SAP is preferable

Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Previous experience in controlling, financial analysis, or related roles is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 8 years of experience as Management System Specialist

Good knowledge of Quality Management System, Business Improvement

Develop integrated management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and company policies.

Direct reporting to President Director

Develop, run, evaluate, and improved all Innovation Policies, Procedures, Standard Parameter, Guidelines, and system that implement in Company

Control and coordinate the compliance report of Lenders in accordance with CTA and applicable standards in order to meet compliance needs.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Any other duties assigned by the management

Expected experience : 10-12 years (preferable experience from Public Accountant)

Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English

Strong organizational and communication skills

Review and approve manual journal such as accrual, prepaid, cash receipt, etc
