We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Controlling Staff to join our team at Birth Beyond. As a Controlling Staff member, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and controlling functions of our organization. You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
3. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
4. Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for management.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide support in financial decision-making.
6. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
7. Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
8. Participate in the preparation of business cases and financial models for new projects or investments.
9. Assist in financial audits and regulatory compliance activities.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial controlling.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in controlling, financial analysis, or related roles is preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in financial analysis techniques and financial modeling.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of financial data.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
7. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
