Finance Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank transactions.

• Check and input expenses billed by department store counters and omni-channels.

• Check and post department store counters /omni-channels /bazaars sales orders.

• Check, edit and post department store counters /omni-channels /bazaars collections.

• Reconcile all accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Support offline stores sales orders /collections (includes bank transfer verification).

• Support vendor payment & e-banking processes.

• Ensure financial records are kept and filed properly.

Qualifications

Both applicants with prior experience in related field and fresh graduates majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in Office programs is a must.

Good understanding of English is a plus.
