Finance & Business Development Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

1. Analyzing financial data and developing short-term and long-term financial plans.
2. Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities and appropriate financial strategies.
3. Providing financial advice to the company and partners regarding business decisions related to finance.
4. Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets. Create accurate financial forecasts based on market trends, business goals, and historical data. Monitor budget adherence and provide variance analysis to identify areas of improvement.

Financial Analysis:

1. Collecting and analyzing company financial data, including financial statements, budgets, and financial projections.
2. Identifying trends, calculating financial ratios, and providing accurate interpretations to support informed decision-making.
3. Developing financial models and scenarios to evaluate the impact of business decisions.

Investor, Partnership and Stakeholder Relations:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with company Investor, Partnership and Stakeholder
2. Communicating financial information and company performance to Investor, Partnership and Stakeholder
3. Managing stakeholder expectations and interests by providing clear understanding of the company's financial performance.
4. Preparing financial reports and presentations for shareholder meetings and investor engagements.
5. Monitoring and Reporting:

7. Analyzing financial results and reporting findings to management on trends and key insights.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial policies and applicable regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
4. Advanced knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
6. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and financial management systems.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities.
