Facilities Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance
• Maintenance/management of facility cleanliness, cleaning equipment and consumables
• Establishment of anti-theft and injury prevention measures
• Having personal vehicle + driver's licence for mobile working
• Response in case of emergency (emergency crisis management)
• Preparing and checking document related invoice to customer and subcontractor
• Firefighting facility management
• Handling customer complaints (maintenance activities)
• Legal inspection management
• Security and Safety control include CCTV facility inspection
• Energy and water management (analysis of reduction factors and establishment of reduction measures)
• General operational and reporting performance/plan management (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Management of product purchase plan and ordering (materials, tools, consumables, etc.)
• Civil complaint management (Voice Of Customer)
• Broadcasting equipment operation and inspection
• Review work improvement plan

Qualifications

• Experience working and reviewing timeline schedules
• Good oral & written communication skills in English, able to speak Korean will be more advantage
• Have good knowledge in Facility Service
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Placement : Jakarta(SCBD and Senayan Park Shopping Mall) and willing to work mobile GIIC Cikarang.
• Candidate should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with peers, client, and sub-contractors
• Have 3 years experience in related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and related software
