We are relaunching our property department and looking for hungry individuals to aid find property and sell our property and services. This role primarily will be to assist the sales associates by ensuring all aspects of the property team are well organised.

This administrative role is not always office based and you will travel to property, new developments and customer premises regularly.

The main responsibilities are numerous and include:

Provide excellent customer service and help assist with real estate inquiries

Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property

Help make property contracts

Act as an intermediary between the sales team, customers and property owners

Help with ongoing property maintenance

Help run day to day operations within the business

Report to Director reports and sales targets

Assist market property and create social media

Skills required for this role:

Confident and presentable

Excellent English skills are mandatory

Self-motivated

Have excellent organisational skills

Personable with a likeable personality

A fast learner

Able to multitask

Enjoy networking and meeting new people

As a fast growing, ever expanding company, doing multiple jobs and working long hours are often necessary, so a positive attitude is a must.

This role is only available to Indonesians citizens with an immediate start. Please note, we are hiring a variety of individuals for a variety of roles in both Jakarta and Bali, so different roles are available.
