Are you a detail-oriented professional, with a passion for accurate project facilities maintaining and budgeting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a skilled Facilities Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the success of our facility-related projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a demonstrated ability to use advanced functions and formulas.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, or related role
• Good understanding of construction techniques.

Job Roles:

• Identify new vendors, evaluating pricing, and initiating relationships to enhance our network and discuss the project and any technical issues.
• Analyse the quotations and prepare a summary report of all the quotations received.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products / projects / services.
• Complete all relevant Estimating forms in line with the Estimating procedure.
• Prepare tender costings and get quotes from suppliers or contractors.
• Manage facility reports and complaints from our store. Collaborate closely with our operations team to swiftly address issues using our guidance book.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
