Role Description

We're seeking an Estimator Interior to join our team as a Contract role, on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you'll be responsible for estimating the cost of materials, and other items necessary to complete home renovation projects. You'll be expected to work closely with our Interior Designers and Construction Teams to ensure that our projects' budgets are accurate and that we're delivering value to our customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industries
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
